Criminalization Conference

University of Stirling, 7th - 9th September 2011

Conference Information

The Conference will be held in the Cottrell Building, University of Stirling: a map of the campus, and information about travel, can be found here.

The Conference will begin at 0915 on Wednesday 7 September, and end at 1515 on Friday 9 September. The provisional full programme, in PDF format, can be downloaded here.

Enquiries concerning the programme and papers can be directed to the organisers at criminalizationprojet@stir.ac.uk.

Accommodation

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accommodation in the University residences. A very limited number of rooms might be available in the Stirling Management Centre, at a cost of £70 per night (bed and breakfast): please contact the organisers if you are interested in this possibility (criminalizationprojet@stir.ac.uk), but note that (given the SMC cancellation policy) these rooms will need to be booked and paid for by 24 June.

A list of local hotels and Bed and Breakfast places is available here.

NOTE: Hotels and Bed and Breakfast establishments are still very busy in September; you are strongly advised to book accommodation as soon as you can.

Conference Costs

Conference Fee (non-student):         £125.00

Conference Fee (student):         £85.00

Conference Dinner (8th September):      £20.00

The Conference fee covers attendance at the Conference, lunch on all three days, dinner on 7 September, and incidental refreshments. The fee for the Conference Dinner regrettably does not include wine, which can be purchased separately.
